TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

 

 

 

 

 

 

FRVC knows that athletes often want specialized training beyond the court time in practice, and that often small groups or one-on-one training can help athletes to gain confidence and competency in various skills.

Throughout the year, FRVC offers a variety of ways in which athletes can gain more reps. Our offerings include:

 

  • Private lessons – year-round
  • Small groups – year-round typically organized by coaches 
  • Skills clinics – Fall
  • Little Rangers and Future Rangers – Spring, Summer and Fall
  • Middle School clinics – Summer and Fall
  • High School Team Camp – Summer

 

For all programs, athletes will register through the PlayerFirst system. If your athlete does not yet have a PlayerFirst account, we recommend creating one for ease of access and scheduling!
